What do you like most about being a Real Estate Professional? Meeting new people every day, and getting to know them on a personal level. Every person I meet becomes a new friend and there’s no rewarding feeling better than the joy of helping a friend.
What do you find most rewarding about being a Real Estate Professional? Being a Real Estate Agent keeps me engaged with people and the thrill I get from assisting them untangling their challenges is priceless.
Why did you become a Real Estate Professional? I became a real estate professional to make a difference in life. Studying Economics made me realize that the housing market has a great impact on the total economy therefore, people’s livelihood. Matching the right family to the right home is a key point to a progressive society and I thrive to have an important role in it.

Grant has been committed to his Calgary community through his service and performance of the Calgary Stampeders’ mascot, Ralph the Dog during his youth which pushed him to create, trademark and perform the first NHL Mascot, Calgary’s own, Calgary Flames, ‘Harvey The Hound’.
Working for Tourism Calgary leading up to the 1988 Winter Olympics he grew with the organization while working his mascot business. From growing demands for Harvey appearances, Grant left all other endeavors to work full-time on his beloved NHL creation.
Grant first entered the Real Estate Industry in 1992 with Touchstone Realty supplementing his community service goals for 4 years when his mascot company became a full-time business in itself.
A true visionary, Grant discovered this thing called the internet in 1993 and created a travel and tourism online booking service, Resort To Fitness, that became one of the first 500 domains in Canada. When RTF became the second largest spa booking agencies in the world, staffed entirely by members of the Canadian Paraplegic Association, Grant passed it on to industry professionals to begin offering his supreme marketing services to other companies, receiving the National Promotional Product Sales Award for Brand Alliance in 2008.
Adding to his past real estate experience, Grant recently whetted his appetite for real estate once again when he took on the responsibility of the former Rafter 6 Ranch property, assisting with feasibility and business plan development, securing lease and water licenses while working with the receiver on managing and then selling the property on behalf of bond holders.
As an Alberta Entrepreneur, he has recently dedicated his professional life to finding new innovative businesses and technology where the opportunities to build them out benefit both the company and Alberta's economy. His complete conviction creates a new way of doing things for companies that value people, encourage innovation, breed creativity, and operate with soul.
